The YJTMC management is committed to ensuring that the company operates effectively and efficiently with innovation and a creative spirit, while also adhering to its core values of sustainability and net zero. They provide leadership, guidance, and direction to all employees, managing the functions of the organization to meet quality and HSE requirements and achieve project goals to ensure customer satisfaction.

The QHSE team, as a Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment team, is responsible for ensuring that the company's operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, health, and environmental protection in shop fabrication and construction at site. They work to identify potential hazards and risks, develop and implement safety procedures and protocols, and ensure that employees are properly trained and equipped to work in a safe and healthy environment. they also monitors and assesses the company's compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and the requirements of Clients, and implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance YJTMC’s overall performance in the shop fabrication and in the construction at site.

The project management team is to oversee the planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects to ensure they are completed on time, and to the satisfaction of clients. Project manager is responsible for defining project goals, developing project plans, and assembling project organization. PM also allocate resources, manage budgets, and track progress. In addition, project manager monitors risks and issues, and work to mitigate them as they arise. Effective project management is crucial to the success of any project, as it helps ensure that all aspects of the project are coordinated and working together toward a common goal.

The Design and Engineering team is responsible for developing and designing related items such as special pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and double pipe heat exchangers, as well as creating drawings, procurement specifications, and technical procedures. In addition, the welding engineering function is also included in the Design and Engineering team, which is responsible for developing welding equipment, welding
procedures, and providing welder/welding operator training and certification. They work closely with other teams and client’s engineering to ensure that products are designed to meet local regulations, customer requirements, and international standards, while being cost-effective and efficiently manufactured or constructed.

Production Team: The Production team is responsible for manufacturing products in accordance with the design specifications developed by the Design & Engineering team. They are responsible for ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, with high quality, and in a safe working environment.

Admin and Purchasing Team: The Admin and Purchasing team is responsible for managing the administrative and financial functions of the company, as well as purchasing materials and services needed for production. They work closely with other teams to ensure that all administrative and financial activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

R&D Team: The R&D team is responsible for developing new products and improving existing ones. They conduct research and experiments, analyze data, and work closely with the Design & Engineering team to develop new products and processes that meet customer needs and improve the company's overall performance.
